| When sunlight falls on the ocean, magic begins to happen in the shapes found in reflections, shadows and colors. I invite you to enjoy these “moments from creation that are frozen in time” and made into a long-lasting fine art print for your décor. My seascape inspiration originally came from my backyard on the Texas Gulf Coast. Seabrook is surrounded by four bodies of water: Galveston Bay, Clear Lake, Taylor Lake and Pine Gully. The sun rises and sets over a body of water every day. This created many opportunities for me to capture waterfront scenes of landmarks, boating, water birds, wildlife and picturesque seascapes. I was drawn to this area when I began to photograph in the late 1970’s. The landmarks located on the Seabrook waterfront and in the Kemah Boardwalk area captured my attention. Therefore, the rapidly changing landmarks of this area are immortalized in my photographs. | |
